By accessing or using the SpyraSOC website at https://spyrasoc.tech (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the marketing website only. Terms governing access to and use of SpyraSOC, SpyraIntel, and SpyraDFIR as commercial products will be set out in separate product-specific agreements.

The Site is a marketing and informational website operated by SpyraSOC. Its purpose is to describe our products, allow prospective customers to request demo sessions, and provide contact information. The Site does not provide access to any live product environment.

All product features, capabilities, and roadmap items described on the Site are subject to change. No content on the Site constitutes a binding offer, guarantee, or warranty of product performance.

Submitting a demo request through the Site does not constitute a binding agreement or reservation. Demo sessions are subject to availability and require manual confirmation by our team. We reserve the right to decline any demo request at our discretion without providing a reason.

By requesting a demo, you consent to being contacted by SpyraSOC at the email address and name you provide, for the purpose of scheduling and conducting the demo, and for related follow-up communications. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, interface designs, logos, the SpyraSOC name and mark, and the Spartan helm emblem — is the property of SpyraSOC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

The SpyraSOC, SpyraIntel, and SpyraDFIR product names and any associated visual marks are proprietary to SpyraSOC. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its servers, or any system connected to the Site
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material, spam, or similar communications
• Submit false or misleading information through our contact or booking forms
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or which may harm SpyraSOC or other users
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access, index, or collect data from the Site without our prior written consent

Given that SpyraSOC operates in the cybersecurity domain, we treat any attempt to probe, scan, or test the Site for vulnerabilities without prior written authorisation as a material breach of these Terms and a potential violation of applicable law.

The Site integrates with Cal.com for demo scheduling. Your use of the scheduling interface is also governed by Cal.com's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. SpyraSOC is not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of Cal.com or any other third-party service linked from this Site.

The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

SpyraSOC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no representation as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information on the Site.

Nothing on the Site constitutes professional legal, security, compliance, or technical advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making decisions based on information presented on the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpyraSOC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site or any content on it — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business opportunity — even if SpyraSOC has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of this Site shall not exceed PKR 10,000 (ten thousand Pakistani rupees) or the equivalent in your local currency.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.

If you are accessing the Site from a GCC jurisdiction or elsewhere internationally, you acknowledge that local mandatory consumer protection laws may also apply and are not excluded by this clause.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
